Type 9a: Air Scouting (1941-1942)

The short-lived Air Scouting program used only four specialized merit badge titles: Aerodynamics, Airplane Design, Aeronautics, and Airplane Structure.  It is the only time BSA had devoted merit badges to a particular program.
