Type 9c: Outboard Boating Skills (1955)

The experimental precursor to "Motorboating" Merit Badge, written by Evinrude.  The only other Type 9 merit badge, Colonial Williamsburg (1976) did not have a merit badge pamphlet.  It was issued to celebrate the Bicentennial.
