SECOND EDITION (Cover B, 1949-1953)

Edition Notes: Cover art by Don Ross. It has more attention to detail in the bear’s face than Cover A, and after a short time the emblem on the back of the book was changed from “Cubs BSA” to “Cub Scouts BSA”.  156 pages, 5 1/2” x 8”. Illustrations were two color (blue and black) linear cartoons by Don Ross.
